When people refer to love handles they are generally talking about those few inches around your waist area that may
hang over your pants a bit and sort of jiggles when you walk. While this is an acceptable way to describe them, the
truth is love handles are actually deposits of fat around your stomach area. We come with a built in defense
against starvation and your waist area is basically yours body’s emergency cupboard. In addition, any fat you do
not burn off by activity or exercise also goes in the cupboard. Before you realize it you have a problem.
Love handles are quite easy to acquire, bummer, but they are the most difficult type of fat to get rid of. Remember
this is your body’s defense system and you will need to convince your body there will be no emergencies. But it is

and plenty of fruit. You may use nuts as a snack but only in moderation. Dump the fats, throw out the sweets, and if you want something to
drink the best is still water; stay hydrated, especially during your exercise routines.
Your body will get everything it requires such as fiber, carbohydrates, protein, and vitamins. Now for your meal
strategy, we are going to try to eat three small balanced (protein, carbohydrates, and veggies) and then
