Note: This is page 2 of Burn Body Fat; for page 1 go to Burn Body
Fat.
The next thing you will need to concentrate on is the exercise portion of your diet. Increasing your exercise
performance is the best way to burn body fat. This fat tends to imbed itself in the strangest places such as your
belly area and it is very hard to get rid of it. The first thing you need to do in the exercise portion is to
analyze what shape your body is in and discover how much exercise you will be able to do in order to lose the
weight you will need to get your body in shape, then tone it up and then once done you must maintain your new
healthy body weight.
Improve your heart rate
The next thing you need to be doing is working to improve your heart rate through cardiovascular exercises. By
performing this kind of exercise you will be able to burn more calories than any type of other exercise. You build
up your body so that you do not get tired when trying to burn body fat. Your breathing gets better, your
circulation is improved and your metabolism is much better when you do cardio exercises.

Cardio exercises
In order to get cardio exercises you may walk, jog or run for 30 minutes on an every other day basis. There is
also cardio equipment such as the treadmill, ski equipment, stair stepper and the exercise bicycle, any of these
will work great in getting you a good cardio workout which is the best way to burn body fat.
Once you have burned the calories, now it is time to tone up your body with weight and resistance training. This
is where you take that body of yours and gets the muscles to work on making you have tighter gluts, stronger legs,
six pack abs, and really nice arms. Resistance training helps your muscles grow and increase the number of calories
your body can burn, this combination can truly be the best way to burn body fat much quicker.
Slow down
Another important tip for people who want to burn body fat and keep it off is to only do what you can do
realistically. Many people get on the lowest calorie diet or try to do a two hour workout when they first start,
which leads to binge eating and exercise burn out and will eventually cause you to quit your new healthy lifestyle
and go back to your old habits.
If you want to maintain a healthy body and burn body fat the best way to do this is to stick to a healthy low
calorie diet, eliminating foods that are high in fat and to many carbs and replacing it with fiber rich foods. You
also want to get good cardiovascular exercise a few times week with muscle and resistance training exercises that
will help you burn body fat, tone your body and build stronger leaner muscles.
